Dr. Norby Forero
DPC, LPC, CPT
Dr. Norby’s work begins, and often returns, to a simple but powerful idea: people deserve spaces where they feel seen, heard, and supported. As a licensed clinician, mental health advocate, and emotional well-being expert with more than a decade of experience, she has spent her career turning that idea into reality.
Early on, Dr. Norby recognized that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in connection. Whether sitting across from a client, leading a team, or addressing a room full of professionals, she has made it her mission to create inclusive environments where individuals and communities can pause, reflect, and grow together.
Blending clinical expertise with practical, everyday strategies, she equips people with the tools to build resilience and improve their well-being. Just as importantly, she challenges the silence that often surrounds mental health, helping others speak openly and without shame.
Her voice has reached far beyond the therapy room. As a bilingual keynote speaker, Dr. Norby has connected with more than 700,000 people worldwide through her online platforms, sharing insights that resonate across cultures and experiences. Behind the scenes, she has also led at scale—serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations in New York City for a nationwide organization, where she oversaw multiple teams of more than 200 employees and helped care for over 6,000 patients.
Her impact has not gone unnoticed. In 2026, she was honored with the Health and Wellness Award for Nuestra Latina by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City, a recognition of the lasting difference she continues to make in the community.
Yet for Dr. Norby, the work is far from finished. She remains deeply committed to uplifting others, serving on the boards of Misión Despegue and Athletes Edge. There, she brings her energy, experience, and unwavering dedication to advancing youth programs and empowering the communities they serve—continuing the story she set out to write from the very beginning.
